Website Layout Idea

This is a great find from CR. It is a simple idea that has been done before, however it opens up the opportunity to make my website more personal. This example is done tastefully, it is also approachable which is a key element to any website that is providing a service.

Obviously I would have to plan a photo-shoot within the college. Perhaps even bring in props to set up a studio.

(My room does not constitute as a studio).

This is a more detached approach to the same kind of idea. The navigation of the website relates to objects within the studio space. Print work from the printer, web in the mac etc...

I like the layout here, but I think the above example is more to my suiting. The personal aspect of it seems to be the catch. He looks like a reliable and experienced man. Whereas this studio below could belong to any designer in the world.
